Form for authorization to use portrait and event photos

The undersigned, by filling out the form on this page, will transmit his/her will to AUTHORIZE the following points:

  1. to the publication and/or diffusion in electronic format and through print of his/her images on the websites and social channels managed by Emanuele Persiani and on the websites and social channels managed by the undersigned (subject portrayed) free of charge, for an indefinite period, also pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the Italian civil code and articles 96 and 97 of law 22.4.1941, n. 633, Copyright Law
  2. the authorization given with this form, remains in any case, for both parties, valid for non-profit activities and valid as long as the image of the parties (photographer and subject portrayed) is not prejudiced.
  3. he authorizes the conservation of the photos and videos themselves in the computer archives of Emanuele Persiani.
  4. this release/authorization may be revoked with written communication to be sent via certified email to emanuelepersiani@pec.it, at the same time renouncing the use of the images for any purpose, even non-profit.
  5. the subject portrayed undertakes to always recognize the author of the photo in the photo credits (“Photo by Emanuele Persiani” or “tagging the @hobbyportrait profile as photographer”)
  6. the photographer, upon indication of the subject portrayed, undertakes to indicate or not (depending on the wishes of the subject portrayed) the name or nickname in the publication
  7. The subject portrayed acknowledges having voluntarily agreed to participate in the project described above.
  8. The subject portrayed understands that the material (photographs and videos) can be modified or used together with other images and having viewed the material produced by the photographer agrees to his method of editing for the publication of the finished product.

By filling out the form on this page, the undersigned will receive a copy via email to AUTHORIZE THE FREE AND UNLIMITED USE OF THE PHOTOS THAT PORTRAY HIMSELF. The shots taken by Emanuele Persiani and/or his collaborators may be published online, on the websites and social networks managed by Emanuele Persiani.
